The Arbitration Center of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa is in Brussels participating in the “ADR Assembly”. It is a meeting of entities linked to the alternative resolution of consumer disputes.
The work has focused on the sharing of experiences by the more than 200 participants and we are sure of one thing: Portugal is at the highest level when it comes to the practice of alternative means of conflict resolution and the work developed by CAUAL is in no way owing to the best that is being practiced throughout Europe.
