On the 22nd and 23rd of November, in Fátima, we had an information stand, dedicated to promoting our services to nurses.
It was a unique opportunity to reinforce the importance of alternative means of conflict resolution in the health sector. We would like to thank all the nurses who visited us and showed interest in learning about the service we provide! And a special thanks to the Portuguese Nurses Association for the invitation and support in this important initiative.
We would like to remind you that in 2017 a protocol was signed between CAUAL and OE, which establishes that Nurses can ask for support in resolving conflicts in their work sphere (colleagues, managers, users, among others) or in their private sphere (neighborhood, condominium, consumption, family, among others).
