Information | Alternative to the courts – Partnership with the Autonomous Arbitration Center remains available
Despite the current situation, the Arbitration Center of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (CAUAL) remains open at its normal opening hours, from 10 am to 6 pm, as well as through alternative means of contact such as telephone, email and Facebook. Videoconference mediation sessions may also be held, if necessary.
We remind you that the Municipality of Massamá and Monte Abraão has a cooperation protocol with CAUAL, with the aim of providing citizens with more access to justice, providing them with greater well-being, better quality of life and more social peace, through an alternative to the courts.
