Arbitration Centers continue to demonstrate high satisfaction among their users.
According to the latest Arbitration Centre Quality Barometer, users expressed high levels of satisfaction, with several Centres achieving scores above 8 points out of a possible 10, confirming confidence in the arbitration system.
The study, carried out by the Directorate-General for Justice Policy, highlighted that the Arbitration Centres obtained, on average, more than 7 points out of 10, with several reaching levels of “very high satisfaction” (8 or more points).
User satisfaction was measured in several dimensions, such as the speed of dispute resolution, clarity and access to information, facilities and service conditions, and the competence and impartiality of those responsible for the process.
Overall, Arbitration Centres continue to play an essential role in promoting accessible and efficient justice for consumers and businesses in Portugal.
The 2023 Arbitration Centers Quality Barometer reinforces the positive impact of these Centers on dispute resolution, contributing to trust and the speed of justice in Portugal.
