Private security, veterinary care and the securities market arrive at the Electronic Complaints Book

Segurança privada, atendimento veterinário e mercado de valores mobiliários chegam ao Livro de Reclamações Electrónico

The PSP – Public Security Police, as the entity responsible for the supervision of private security companies, the OMV – Ordem dos Médicos Veterinários and the CMVM – Comissão do Mercado e Valores Mobiliários, joined the Electronic Complaints Book in May, and the respective economic operators register on the platform https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/registar until July 1, 2019.

Thus, the possibility of submitting a complaint via the internet has now been extended to the private security sectors, to veterinary medical care centers and to services and investment activities in financial instruments.

The Electronic Complaints Book platform, which has been in operation since July 1, 2017, already includes the essential public services sectors - electronic communications, postal services, electricity and gas, water and waste, tourism, catering, transport airline, retail, private security, veterinary care centers and investment services and activities in financial instruments, now involving a total of 14 regulatory and supervisory bodies: ANACOM – Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações, ERSE – Entidade Reguladora dos Serviços Energéticos , ERSAR - Regulatory Authority for Water and Waste, ASAE - Food and Economic Security Authority, TP - Turismo de Portugal, IRAE - Regional Inspectorate for Economic Activities of the Azores, ARAE - Regional Authority for Economic Activities of Madeira, ANAC - National Authority for Civil Aviation, IMPIC - Institute of Public Markets, Real Estate and Construction, ERSARA - Regulatory Entity Azores Water and Waste Services, PSP – Public Security Police, Azores Regional Tourism Inspectorate, OMV – Veterinary Doctors Association and since today the CMVM – Market and Securities Commission.
