Passenger Rights - Air Transport
Are you going to travel this summer? The Directorate-General for Consumers and the European Consumer Center Portugal recommend that you inform yourself about your air passenger rights before departing. See attached information.
Staff shortages at airports and airlines, strikes and increased demand are causing severe constraints and flight cancellations across Europe.
In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, the airline has a duty to inform, provide assistance and, in some cases, pay compensation.
